"In fear of pain you push those around you,
Wishing to stand alone as to not be pained by the loss of another,
Wishing for nothing in return yet hiding the desire of appreciation,
Ignoring all the wounds you received.

Yet as you turn your back,
Desolation is all in sight,
With none of those you knew left to stand with you,
Still not a single tear you let out.

Foolishly you kept marching,
Like a machine with no thought,
Foolishly holding onto a single belief,
Like a lonely coward in fear,
Losing the belief you used to have."

Yes, we are all afraid of pain.
Yes, we are all afraid to create an opportunity for pain.
The irony, however, it that in order to stop pain, we push opportunity for pain away... but ridding yourself of a relationship with others causes loneliness... which in turn... CAUSES PAIN!!! T.T
