i can lift over 100kg. run? id rather not.. but i can walk 1km in ten minutes no problem fck the levels
Reminds me of an article I read. Some 20 year old start taking supplements, lift weights and got really buff from waist up but he confessed that once he sweats really bad when he climbs stairs and once, he blacked out from not being able to breathe as he was climbing some stairs. You must be like that.
... well I can probably deadlift 150kg then but the OP wasn't clear what lifting meant, though since the mass ranges are small he probably meant bench pressing... coz anyone can deadlift 50kg let alone 25
From what I can tell... Most can lift some weights. However, their stamina and endurance isn't that good. Go run peeps, not like I can say anything. My mile time is 6:03, I'm working on it
