novel link : http://www.novelupdates.com/series/skeleton-knight-in-another-world/ Another Skeleton summoned to another world!!! well the start is good for me, need more chapter to decide if this is good or not but it seems like goes in to a good direction Especially those bone+onsen illustration, cant wait to read the chapter Link for the gallery here Spoiler: Skeleton Gallery from Translator Site https://uselessno4.wordpress.com/gallery/
It's a bit annoying how his early action seems rather aimless and too carefree, but it just get to the good part so I'm looking forward to the next chapters.
sadly i cant read moonrunes but it won't reduce enjoyment of reading this novel well he is what you can say spirited away not summoned or reincarnated so with a whole new world that you know almost nothing it would be weird if you suddenly can determine your goal in this situation, like create harem or conquering the world while you re actually just a frog in a shell. so it's normal if one must be acting cautious first to know the state of your environtment albeit it's almost the same with your game world that you know, but it's also actually not the gameworld that you know
Its quite good.. the only thing i find dissapointing here, is the MC.. The Mc give a NPC feel.. despite being a transported from another world human.. He already have a brutal nature.. He kill human like they are chickens.. which sucks..
If you're spirited away, your course of action should be finding out how (and/or trying to go back). He's not even cautious since he doesnt prioritize information gathering. It doesnt seems to be the gameworld (or at least the part that is shown in the game), he's pretty much clueless about the geography. Maybe it is, he havent run into a world map to ascertain that.
well he did cautious since he somehow keep low profile and not attract attention. albeit i dont think that its effective because of those grand armor. well it's true that he is lacking on information gathering, for one i think you can easily can get information from library to know the state of the world but i dunno seems like it doesn't got into his head to visit library, if there is one of course n the city. but for me MC that keep low profile and not acting ruthless even though he know that the people there is basically weaker than him is a plus for me, i know i'm an oddball that have different thinking from others, but i do really feel that those kind of criminal like robber, thief, etc are nothing if killed, you have the right to kill them if you meet one since it's acceptable self defence. and I do think that if you have the resolve to kill the one must also have the resolve to be killed thus bandit and the like is acceptable to be killed
Yeah, there's some questionable decision early on. He could've slay the bandits without the two woman seeing him if he wanted to. Now that they end up interacting, demanding infos from the city lord shouldn't be too hard and he can still vanish in seconds when necessary. The helm problem isnt too big since he already decide on the my-appearance-is-cursed path, would be a rude move if they still force him to take it off. He's probably having some alteration to his mental/morality, which is why he can kill without a second thought.
Im not saying that criminal should be spare.. the only thing that im ranting about here is the fact that the Mc came from a Peaceful era japan.. meaning slaughter and such are not common.. i just cant believe a guy coming from a normal modern world.. will easily kill without a second thought..
well that's .... it will become spoiler if we continue this discussion so maybe we better stop it here
When i read this novel for the first time i liked it i was thinking that we will have a badass mc With momon version like in overlord someone who is full of secrets from others. But i was totally disappointed afterward giving a legendary sword to that elf showing them that he is skeleton. I hate that type of characters they piss me off
You mean a goody two-shoes-type of character? The ones who are kinda defenseless if he / she is betrayed? It is ironically a contrdiction though; feeling nothing when killing a human, yet he shows interest in money. He stated that it was to the keep the company from rebuilding the place, but that was clearly something he added.
I feel like their going on a grand quest with multiple little side quests on the way... Wait They are, aren't they?!
