he convinced himself it
was a masterpiece,
but i knew it wasn't perfect.
all the small mistakes
one wouldn't notice,
just too vivid for me.

so i drew him a friend
with a shoulder to lean on,
and a heart that was open;
with eyes, that would see
beyond those silly little faults.

i knew it wasn't perfect,
but it was the best i could do
to paint an artwork
that would always be true.

you ask me why?
because love is unreasonable

The beauty of the stars above me is a precious treasure I keep throughout my travels. It is a light guarding me against the darkness, keeping me from straying in my path. For this, I wish, may others look up at the serene sky, and find that they are never lost under the light.
