Im doing 20/4 intermittent fasting,so 20 hours with just water and 4 hours of eating food, i avoid processed things and eat less then 20 carbs a day, alot of protein and above ground veggies
When i go to the gym i focus mostly on cardio, and some light weight lifting to get some bulk as im "skinny fat"
