... Disgaea makes me think I must be at least a bit of a masochist. I've played for a bit, and had a game where Laharl reached almost level 500 but I have yet to finish the first map of the second second chapter. It's just rare for a game to give you the freedom to max out your characters and gear before you even really start the story. Usually it's all "You can't do that yet.".

Yeah? Pronounce this for me: Y. Then this: Why. I don't really care about the grammar or phonetics of it all, it's just sitting here looking and it and pronouncing it in my head and it looks funny. Silent letters just do that to me ...

One thing that I learned from my reading and personal experience is that:
Some cuisine is acceptable in one culture but is not in another culture.

Thai people eat locust like a snack while most western european will be grossed out.
German eat blood pudding or blood sausage, Bantu and Mongol drank their cattle's blood,
and many other example, etc...
In Africa, there still people eating monkey meat...

So in the world with monster, some people will find some monster as edible.... while some people is not...

For example,in one region people used dried slime to make noodles, but in another region eating slime is unthinkable...

In other words: as many the culture, as many the cuisine....

So cuisine preference was to each to his own taste...
