The mafia community I played with closed, re-opened, re-closed, re-opened adding Rock-Paper-Scissors and last time I heard of, closed again. Given the briefing on the first post, rules may be a bit different, and I don't think I have the time, so I won't nominate myself, but I'm glad to see that people keep playing this game. Now, if only you told me where can I play regular games and not this tournament...
I can't link, but if you search "Past Mafia Championship Seasons mafia universe" on Google, you should be able to see the past games from previous seasons. Note that the setup changes each season. I.e. last season it was 17 players per game (this season it's 15) and there were several power roles in each game (this season there are no power roles at all, just pure mafia). Re: majority rule. It won't be in effect on Day 1, but yes, starting Day 2 if any player ever gets a majority of the votes, day ends immediately. Otherwise it runs to the deadline and the person with the most votes is lynched. There aren't power roles though, so that's maybe one reason to be less concerned about accidentally majority'ing an important role.

Though doesn't mean the winner will be the candidate but a test run of the championship rules would be good.. So as the candidate won't be culture shocked
I will post profiles of some people due to something in resistance lol Note that this are only my opinions and made in my point of view. Spoiler: Mafia Profile: Iampysx Iampysx I always get her name wrong when I spell it. Experienced in playing Mafia as in played already the forum versions and possibly RL versions too. When Dire/Mafia: Can plot and scheme when information is at hand or given enough information to do so. Should be watched out when she is a dire or her allegiance is unknown. If a fellow dire and chances of a lover or a spy (enigma's) are present, do not hesitate to distrust her. Can act how a normal radiant/townie acts. When Radiant/Townie: Uses gut feeling initially. Tends to be led astray by gut feelings as her trust on them is strong. How accurate her gut feelings are, are not yet clear as its results vary during games. Can't play to her full potential when in the dark or a true townie (no info modifiers). Needs information to be a really good one. Will listen to logic when presented. If she doesn't listen to logic when presented with it, chances are she is dire or others. Spoiler: Mafia Profile: Omnifarious Omnifarious Name is confused with the role Omniknight, causing people to stop using the nickname Omni. His debut in mafia here in Nuf already showed his ability to be a schemer/thinker. He is an experienced one too as he played Mafia in other forums and apparently also IRL. When Dire/Mafia: Can actually act the same way as he acts when being a radiant thus needs extreme caution when being dealt with. Due to schemer/thinker status, results have to be double checked as he can mix lies with the truths. Able to do reverse psychology so may be a problem when being dealt with. Distrust immediately if with a spy or lover modifiers, wait for logic to come into play before trusting. When Radiant/Townie: He can think of ways of using or simulating power roles. Knows what is beneficial for radiants and acts accordingly. Due to being able to act the same way, extreme caution is needed when dealing with him. Always acts with a plan in mind, if not, with a plan being formed or is thinking of one. May not understand the specific goal in others plays but gets the general idea (which is actually enough). Will listen to logic, if not then dire or others. Able to do reverse psychology so can play mental battles with dire (Fun to play against with if Dire) These are mental profiles so I am just writing what I remember.. May change or be updated if I remember more lol.. For now only these two

The thing is having consistently read 500 posts daily is nearly impossible. You get busy for half a day and BAM, 25 pages.
If I need to add something, then it should be that I also dabble in emotional manipulation. But unlike Aca who's a self-proclaimed sociopath, I manipulate people by being nice! \o/ (Wow, I sound so evil hahahhahahaha)
I can manage to read all of it~ If I weren't I would not have read all of the tavern. But I highly doubt I would post 10 time each day~ Especially because I am already buried with this to do~
