Post-apocalyptic RPGs, first would be the Fallout series, no magic, but the tech is kinda of like magic in the series. Then there's the Mad Max game, again, no magic, but great open world RPG. After that, there's Torment: Tides of Numenera. The Numenera setting is Earth a billion years in the future, after civilization have risen and fallen a hundred times over, so the setting seens like something of medieval with fantasy, except the magic users are actually using lost knowlodge to operate ancient hiper-advanced tech that does stuff no one understand anymore, like a fireball spell would be actually a explosion caused by the mage somehow activating nanomachines in the air that teleport in a little bit of antimatter that reacts with the matter and goes boom! and things like that.
