    I just downloaded star ocean 3 yesterday and now learned that out of party characters don't earn exp. does anyone know a way to quickly level up?

    Pick your favorite then grind

    Also add exp modifiers to your accessories

    For the arena, stack atk and def modifiers like fayt's insignificant life depends on it! We don't need Fayt! We have Maria!

    Also I chose Albel Nox over Nel

    And use Welch a lot!

    Pick your favorite characters and then grind normal monsters until you can access Battle Arena in Gemity. My preference characters are usually: Fayt, Maria, Cliff/Abel/Mirage.
