For example my country had scandal with meat factories recycling spoiled meat for sale. WTF thought country. We had watchdogs(veterinares) there to prevent that kind of crap. Well yeah but the watchdog was fed well enough by factory owner as long as he agreed to everything so on paper factory was white as swan.
For example tv companies are supposed to rival with each others to make better tvs and cheaper. But they signed agreement they will just peacefully share profits. And rivalry and checks went to hell. More like I will look away if you look away. Checks and balance can also be noted as everyone has blackmail on each others. *shudders*
For example my mother had horrible accident and needed transport to better hospital. Hospital was agreeing on surface but kept coming up with excuses like weather is bad today and the like. So my dad went to party building and asked them to force hospital for his wife sake. And after a call the problem with weather and the like vanished and transport went to better place.

A perfect government doesn't exist . Someone would become greedy or arrogant which would make chain reactions and poof in time it goes to shit .
How about you just destroy everything ?You can't fuck up something if there's nothing to fuck up ...right ?

That's barely a system at all, just a barebones quasi-feudalistic state with no mention how it would be enforcing any of the laws.
And just putting up a set percentage for taxes doesn't work, depending on regional circumstances it can both be too high and cause people to starve or be too low and not cover what is needed to keep the government running, there is a reason why governments keep changing yearly budgets all the time.
That said I have no idea about the context for that particular story. lol

No governing system is perfect. Even the most perfect governing system will one day become a liability as later generations forget why such governing systems were originally chosen out of the many systems available. Human greed and its opposite, sloth, will turn any perfect system into the worst system over time. It is human nature to destroy every good things.

That's why for a nation to survive for a long time, it must undergo changes from time to time. When people are too comfortable with absolute monarchy and nobles treat their position as infallible, you must change it into something else, such as a democracy. If people are abusing democracy, such as by treating it as their own personal tool to enslave the populace, perhaps an absolute monarchy that washes away everything bad enjoyed by the previous regime is necessary.

A nation that does not change is a nation that stagnates and even devolves into a mockery of its own ideals.

Indeed. What I should have done, was have all the high officers executed, like Stalin did!

I don't think there's a perfect system indefinitely, there are good systems for certain amount of time for certain populations. I mean I'm not a person that could live in a kingdom (if I'm not the king (y)), but it doesn't mean all kingdoms are bad.
