Also something people overlook is aroma therapy. Soothing music is another thing, something like white noise/rain. The options of resetting your sleep cycle by staying up 24 hrs + or pulling back an hour at a time increment are both time tested things that work. Both can cause headaches due to your body adjusting to the changes. One is a basically ripping a bandage off while the other is slowly peeling it off. Though each person is different, try both methods to see what works for you. Best advice is to keep the distractions away, room as dark as possible, and something to allow you to slip into sleep.

Use these videos on YouTube that are helpful for sleeping early.

Exercise and tire yourself out maybe?

Read or watch something while laying down, srsly anyone who gets on my couch for the movie night falls asleep, and I can read for hours while sitting, but when I got to bed early to read I fall asleep in 20-30min.

Lol, what a coincidence. I'm doing exactly this right now. My sleep schedule got messed up to 4am daily. I'm resetting it today by not sleeping at all. Caught a quick nap before lunch cause of the headache but feeling better when I woke up. Drank tea to sustain myself till the night.

    Passionflower extract
    Lavendar oil
    Lacking magnesium?
Quit drinking coffee and other stimulating drinks
Try 30 minutes to 60 minutes of walking (aim for the morning)
Do something relaxing 30 minutes before sleep
Read something that makes you go to sleep (the dictionary)
Aim to drink water to point where you don't wake up in the middle of the night
Turn off the wifi on the modem while sleeping and leave mobile phone in the other room
No lights in the room of sleep

stretching before going to bed can help or anything that puts strain on your limbs without exerting yourself to much, for example I practice doing seiza before going to bed. Also gradually setting your morning alarm earlier and maybe take some herbal relaxation tablet beforehand.

Have sex/masturbate to tire you out, then listen to ASMR until you sleep. Also try slow extremely deep breathing through your nose as you lay there.

@udangmayones once you found the solution in form me :D
If translation is disturbing your sleep timing I think you can stop it awhile and get better rest instead. My advice is before sleep one or 2 hour don't stare at pc or phone

Workout the day if you can and take ZMA (google it) 30 minutes before sleep. It's good for the health unlike sleeping pills.

give yourself a sugar rush 3 hrs before your bed time, so that crash happens right at sleep time, also good way to give your self diabetes but as long as you only do it temp shouldn't be much of an issue.

Sleep to music. Worst case, you got ear fatigue and sleep. Avoid artificial lights
