The MC race (not sure if it was humans) had basically removed themselves from secular life. They had super technology, great strength and long lives but as a result of that were aloof from world affairs, living in cities in the sky and with their surroundings taken care of by robotic servants. MC was the last of her kind, and one day went out for a stroll. Observing the beauty of nature and her surroundings, she was inspired and decided to watch over the world. Found the series by chance a few months ago, but there were only a handful of translated chapters then. Read through them then put the series on back burner. Hoping to pick this up again if anyone knows the title. Thanks!
Yep that's must be it... Too bad there's only 1 chapter translated, all of those who read the completed raw say it's a good novel...
That sounds like Yuusha Party no Kawaii Ko ga Ita no de, Kokuhaku Shite Mita, but I don't think he was the big boss. He was a General or something, but stronger than the Demon Lord so the party was only able to get past him and defeat the Demon Lord when he let them.
Thanks, guys! Irie got the novel right, it was indeed She Was Both Called God, as Well as Satan. Could've sworn there was more than one translated chapter, but I guess that's my old man memory at work. I think I'll try reading the raw. I did have JLPT lvl 3 many years back, so this should be doable with help from jisho-sensei. Will be looking at your suggestions too. juniorjawz recommendation of Overseer feels very similar. I like that the MC is more like a god watching over the others rather than directly interacting with them.
Wasn't there a japanese novel where the girl 1st starts like dungeon master then later on she is known as a god and in the end she actually achieves that status, it was something i read more than a year ago, it was jap but cant really remember anything else...
