tldr: I recently got called by my superior last night saying that I did something that got escalated to the assistant director! I was like, 'what? What did I do?' " I was told it was because I didn't answer a certain questionaire on time and it spiralled out of control. Seriously? For a questionaire that wasn't even marked as highly important to spiral like that? Am I easy to bully?! Agh! I understand I should answer it but I have more pressing matters on top of another pressing matter and it's not like it's only me that didn't answer it so why is it only me that got hit? I would have appreciated it very much if I was reminded. But no. I'm actually raging inside! Sorry. I just needed to vent this. If you can't say something constructively, leave. I don't need it.
What do you guys do when work pisses you off? Reading novels. Play games. Writing an escape fantasy stories.
My Dao of Ignorance has reached the Apex! But really, do your favorite things, relaxing things, or just sleep. In a more extreme case, then pour your anger on to something to release it.
Take a break. For me, i have a punching bag so hit hit hit and sweat it out. Or buy pizza, chicken wings and binge watching funny movie/anime/tv series. Both leave me feeling great after.
Stop, Take a deep breath, then exhale and repeat. Try to approach things slowly by thinking of a solution. Analyze everything, think what went wrong for example your boss might be testing you for promotion, try to take responsibility even your not guilty, you need to bow your heads for now, act like you are just a piece of chicken and when they are down, that's the moment you strike back and kill like a viper. PS: don't take my last 2 sentences seriously
