so on friday in class i was staring into space and i was staring at the trash can and the girl i liked was walking by and she was looking at me while i was staring at the trash can. then later i was staring at the wall and when i looked over i saw her looking at me and smiling while she had her hands on her head. then the next day 'she said i dont know why he looks at me"

Maybe she's just staring. Not to be a downer, but don't put meanings into every action. It'll just break your expectations.

True, but as my grandfather (and apparently all old men I know) say, "you already have a 'no'. You can only have a 'yes' if you ask". So at least go talk to the girl, probe a bit. Maybe she was just inciting you to do something about it when she said that (girls do that a lot). Again, probe, don't ask her out outta nowhere, see how she feels about talking to you. Maybe she is interested in you. If you don't take risks, you won't ever get a chance anyway. Plus, if she shoots you down you already had a 'no'. That's it, at least you tried, move on. That is, if she shoots you down.

Sometimes people just like to think somebody is looking at them like when I was in high school there was always this girl who would always manage to lean over on a desk in the direction I was looking when I let my mind wander and then one day she asked me "Is my booty that nice?" and I replied "Yes, yes, it is but that was not what I was looking at and you can tell it isn't because I'm not drooling." The smile is just her acknowledging you looking at her it could be anything from a "It makes me feel awkward that you're looking at me smile" to a "Come and get it daddy smile" but from the fact that she's asking why you're looking at her you're probably not the daddy of her smiles yet.

 

You need to think of the ass you wanna tap, and look at it all ninja-like not a full on "Hey, you fine" kinda look.

Well, that's true, but if she is one of those she isn't worth it anyway. Don't know what the end result will be, he should know her better than I do and decide what to do.

I'm trying to help him not become a wizard (if you know what I mean). Jokes aside, I'm just trying to give some advice, in the end he will do what he wants anyway.
