    In novels, games and episodic series.
    I get trapped in the "One more" death hole :blob_coughblood:

    Well, it has been both a fun and degrading experience.
    Depends on whether it was "worth" doing it.
    My recent experience binging Heavenly Jewel Change was worth it. Even though I basically lost focus during lectures, and staying awake up to 4am in the morning.

    I have a simple method to deal with it.

    It's to abruptly turn your device off and quickly lay down to sleep. Just find a boring moment and quit it.

    Continue the tale in your sleep and dream, anticipate or look forward to dream.

    I read coiling dragons dozens of chapters straight a day, finishing it quickly
    then I got sad and now stop doing that for the most part
    and sleep when you can.

    Not sleeping is bad for your health you know?
