Good enough...What would you think of a mango and Chipotle cupcake? You would have a Sweet Mango Jelly as the filling, A Vanilla or Corn cupcake batter mixed with Chipotle, and Chocolate Frosting with Chipotle mixed in and topped with Chipotle.

...Well...What do you think of the cupcake? It's spicy, it's savory, it sweetened by the mango jelly and chocolate frosting, but not overly. The chipotle acts to balance out the sweetness factor and add another strong flavor to the mix

The problem is I don't think the Chocolate will mix well with the Mango, so I need a replacement...Im trying to think of one but I cant!

I'm not good in cooking ;-; will finda husband who knows how to cook or doesn't eat at all. xD

It won't be too spicy. You just have to figure out what ratio of Cupcake Batter/Frosting to Chipotle to use.
