    Not recently, but I probably should. I HATE just equipment exercising though. I prefer active exercise. When I had someone to Spar with, I'd do so for hours.

    Na, running is even worse. My body type is super dense (even when in shape, I was 185lb and looked 150). just don't have the body to keep up with it. I THOUGHT about getting a pair of those Sky Stilt things, but they are really expensive if you want a nice pair

    You don't want to train just one muscle group though. If you don't balance yourself out, it can cause injury later.
