i sweat too when it's hot and i wear 2 layer of clothing, but not as much as when I'm going to the 3rd floor (and above) by stair

yea, kinda heavy exercise… but only up to when I'm in highschool XD
i also tried yoga and traditional dance while I'm in uni, and that's only up to last year, now I'm too lazy~

i think i only wear heels 5 times or so in my whole life XD
