No, you are not allowed to talk about your favorite anime aggregators or ask for anyone else's suggestions. You want legal sites? Crunchyroll, Netflix, Hulu. There are probably a few I forgot, but you get the idea. There aren't that many and you can google them yourself. You probably even know them already. But that isn't what you wanted, is it?
