Very soon, NUF will be two years old. I haven't been year for up to a year — not even up to 6 months — but it feels like I've been on NUF since I was born. I do not regret joining NUF — even of my grades tanked because of it — as I went through my second paradigm shift after joining NUF. I may not be the @Dragon God I am today if not for NUF. I really love this community and it has changed my life — whether or not it's for the better is up in the air. For one, Dungeon Defense was recommended to me here; in the search for a second Dungeon Defense I was linked to HPMOR after which I joined www.lesswrong.com — the site is dead now, though you can still read the "Sequences". You can say that I became a rationalist as a consequence of joining NUF — I always loved rationality since my first epiphany, but I was a traditionalist then and knew not the way of Bayes. I've been so active on NUF that I haven't read a novel in a couple of months — I've downloaded novels to read, but NUF just didn't let me start them. Anyway, I'm really grateful to @Tony for NUF and want to give back to the community. This 2nd year anniversary means a lot to me. I'm really glad to be part of the community, and want us to celebrate together — and celebrate big. I've been a member of a few others forums, and one I'm on they have these "games" and competitions. I think we should have a sort of NUF Olympics and maybe NUF Hunger Games as part of our celebration? Well, I want us to start preparing for the second anniversary and am open to ideas and suggestions for how to celebrate — hopefully @Tony and the NUF oligarchy are open to. Let's discuss and celebrate NUF becoming a toddler in grand style.

i like to think we're past the gooey romantic remembering all the special days between us NU and NUF and we're just happy it makes finding web novels convenient
