That's the fun part. It's always interesting to try and figure out how it all works together, though the way this story is written doesn't seem to be going for that angle, unlike the author of say Instant Kill.

Story is pretty amusing so far and the translation quality is actually remarkably good. Though there's one chapter with an English idiom that I don't think would be in Chinese. Localization or is it actually there in the raws?

I'm really starting to wonder if the author is a fan of noucome or just read it like once. I doubt he would not even know about it and make a novel like this, but still.

At your current speed you'll catch up to the raws quickly, how frequent are the raw releases?

 

2 a day. I'll drop to 7 a day around chapter 280 because that's when the author condenses 3 chapters a day to 2 big chapters a day. 2000 characters to 3500+.

Note: There has been an addition to Chapter 13 after consulting the author.

This kind of choice will be seen in chapter 40 and future chapters, so it's not something to fix the plothole.

 

I hope Shi Xiaobai earns the 100,000 trough a method more creative than betting against Song Xiao, assuming he picks choice 1. The author has yet to fail to break a cliche

Yeah the beginning was kind of wibbly-wobbly but now it's shaping up to be a legit story. For me the first 10 was "Oh cool a new story" then the next 10 was "eh, I'm not actually sure..." but now I'm all in for it. Read all 42 chaps and get a feel for 'er imo.

 

Still the story has an absolute choice...
