    it's doubtful that's the reason. Usually Qidian just deletes the chapter or something.

    Alright, alright. I got some info from a friend of mine.

    The releases are going down to monthly ones (not 1/month, but a dump of chapters)
    Author is also starting a new book
    He lists a few reason in the post
    1) Bad results
    2) He feel like his writing level is dropping
    3) The pace is too slow

    Ty for the update. Wonder what his other book will be.

    Edit: also hopefully this not turn madsnail bad level of dropping a novel since its still a dumb of chapters not just one. I am fine as long as it 4 chapters even. I am not picky it's free for now I have no grounds to complain on content creation.

    Kind of liked this novel. Dropping to just a few chapters is as good as gradually stopping it. The third thing he complained about "the pace is too slow" is totally under his control. And I don't know how starting a new novel will increase his writing quality. So I think "Bad Results" is the main reason period.

    So he finally realized reality? Its been what, 5 chapters since speechless said he will tell him what is going on and so far its been going around in circles.

    I mean it seems like 9/10 people introduced since the tower arc have a habit of being roundabout things as much as possible.

    Sigh, another chapter wasted with no answer. I don't even care why Speechless faked his death anymore, I just want to get past it already and start the next arc.

    Well he does it in batches so we don't usually get 1 chapter per month but roughly 10-30 chapters near the end of the month... unlike the horrible mess that is Tales of Demons and Gods...

    I don't even know what to feel right now....
    I just want to feast on his heart for trashing such a good novel
    But from the other side he can't make it any worse if he just stops...

    who cares if he waste 10 chapter to answer one question. those chapter are good and give you better understanding on characters friendship. i like this better then those other novels where mc meet fatty character and they're best friend after getting bullied and train together.

    One of my favorite novels. 10 chapters talking about one question? Cool, the dialogue is interesting and it shows in detail how the characters think and act.

    Damn, this novel had so much potential, but the author didn't make it, he got a writer's block, everything started to go downhill at the last arc, it wasn't the same work I read in the first 200 chapters. Well at least it ended, now I won't have to keep reading it to see how it degrades more and more....
