Hiatus. Spoiler I am going to take a short hiatus on ATD as I try to figure out some things regarding the author and other stuff. I feel like this is an appropriate place to end since the next arc will start in the next chapter. I don’t know how long this hiatus will last, as I am supposed to be discussing it with Ren. However, regarding everything that happened in the last day and how busy Ren will probably be, this might take a while.
What's with the new rule? Doesn't that mean everyone else other than the MC has to be careful of killing other people? Otherwise, they'll just accidentally eat another unique talent and die. Other than the MC, how many people would have the ability to detect unique talents?
It isn't a new rule, but something psychological...probably. At this point unique talents are similar to personalities wherein it defines and will define who you are. Heechul is like having two split personalities except they all appear at the same time.
Considering the only way the MC is doing that is by acquiring a divine beast, surviving it due to his own unique power being uniquely suited to fight it (underdog), and then have the goddess personally intervene to make sure he keeps it alive, tame it, and place it in the MC where it can eat the excess desire produced by the unique talents ... I am going to say that MC is likely going to be the only person with more than one unique talent. And he is already at 3 this early!
It's a shame that I won't see Heechul x Jihee... But one of the new novels Turtle is translating easily enters my priority reads so I'm good.
