Here's a list of some stuff that had happen when I previously skimmed through (so I can't give exact details)
- Hua Jin(?)(he's the new actor) became acknowledged by the MC as family, he calls the MC his sister.
- Song Enya targeted her fiance's (Mu Yan Chen) girlfriend (Meng Qing Xue) after finding out she was also pregnant, but her pregnancy was farther than hers
- The MQX ends up asking her friend, Chu He to help her, they go to the small town she lived in where she was with her son, Chu Xiao Bao
- Later, people came to try to kidnap the MQX but was informed to capture the woman and her child so they assume the child referred to the CXB, he gets taken instead, the MQX came to run after their car to save CXB and offered herself in return but they just drove off
- MYC tracked down MQX and found her on the road, she nearly gets a miscarriage, she tells him about the kidnapping and wanting help to get CXB back
- MYC wanted to take MQX back with him (he realizes how much he loves her) but she wont until they agree to help find CXB
- The people who kidnapped CXB ends up meeting with Song Enya and realized they kidnapped the wrong person, CXB escapes, he ends up being found by GXZ's brother, Gu Jing Lian
- Turns out GJL is actually CXB's father (he later does DNA testing after his people keep saying the boy looks very similar to him)
- The CH later gets captured and jailed by GJL and later reunites with her son
- Song Enya later gets a miscarriage after MYC pushes her to protect MQX
- Song Enya apparently did something to offend GJL so now her family is in ruins
- After GXZ died, they announced it that he suicide but people found out the MC was involved so they harassed her.
- When she was leaving the hospital with the ML, someone threw a huge stone at her which caused her to knock out.
- People saw her and GXZ's latest film and praises it well
- They were going to give the MC GXZ's eyes but the MC found out she was pregnant so it was too dangerous at the time
- His eyes gets donated to a beautiful little boy
- HJ actually wanted to donate his eyes to the MC but since he was not a match, it was impossible
- Yun Na was trapped and tortured by the ML
- The ML tells HJ that YN can be a donor but they don't really want to use her eyes
- They tell her about it, she ends up asking to eat food, she stabs chopstick into her eyes and mocks them, the ML tells her he lied about her being a donor so she would self inflict harm to herself
- HJ brings the MC to see the boy who got GXZ's eyes, the mother apparently look beautiful and young but they didn't see the father around, she felt that HJ look familiar but she recognize the MC from a commercial, she allows the MC to hold her child even though she is blind but seeing how she holds him shows that the MC has experience with holding children
- They later are informed that they have found a donor for the MC
- The MC gives birth to a baby girl, everyone dots her, the ML refuses to let other men hold her (HJ and the MC's twin brother)
- The MC's father tries to figure out what his son has been doing and has him tracked down, he sees a video clip of him at a hospital and see's a pair of beautiful twins, the ML, then see's the MC holding a baby. What his eyes focus on wasn't his son or his enemy, the ML, but rather, the MC because she looked so similar to his wife. He tells his people to give him all the information they can on her
- Later the MC gets eye surgery, it's successful
- They later do a group family photo

I wouldn't be surprised if they do a epilogue where their daughter and the beautiful boy who got GXZ's eyes ends up falling in love.

 

Dont forget the ultimate beat down she receive from Gu Jinglang bodyguards.

 

Nowadays the focus of the story is just how much everyone dotes on the little princess and how Mu Yazhe had turned not only a wife slave but also a daughter slave. All the male in the family fights for the honor of cuddling the little princess in their arms, and poor Hua Jin never got his turn because Gong Jie (Yun Shishi's twin) and Mu Yazhe are superman and can even hold little Yueyao (the daughter's name) with one arm without a sweat. Even Youyou risked his health and not drink his medicine just to be able to hold his little sister. Basically for now it's all about Mu Yazhe rediscovering fatherhood and trying to make up with what he lacks on taking care of his children, and the twin brothers being sis-cons. Little Yi Chen had had the title of being bro-con since wayyyy before though, so it's not much a surprise. Youyou had been so excited for his little sister that he ignored his real work with the underground organization (the one with Gong Jie) and continues designing toys for his little sister. Everything is all fine and happy... for now I guess.

On the other hand, the author put the side story of "Green Fruit" in the middle of nowhere and it lasted almost 100 chapters... wow. Talk about hard work, and my question of how much the author likes tragedy?

The greatest decision Mu Yazhe ever made for Yun Shishi is to do ligation. After Yun Shishi's eye surgery was successful, they discussed about how she got pregnant when she's clearly on the pills. Mu Yazhe comes clean and said he changed everything with folic acid because he's just so desperate for a daughter (though he wouldn't mind if it's another son too) and apologized for it. Then they spoke a bit about birth control and Mu Yazhe said he's going for ligation. At first the doctor suggested for Yun Shishi to be the one having the surgery, but Mu Yazhe thinks it's unfair to her and the risk is higher, so he'd do it instead. Plus, the next time there's a woman claiming to be pregnant with his child, Yun Shishi can just give a slap on other's faces without worries. Yun Shishi was so touched about it she cried.

On the little princess, even when Yun Shishi was still pregnant, Mu Yazhe had been very excited and had called interior designers to design the baby room. He also ordered clothes for little Yueyao until the age of 5 although at that time the baby's gender is still unknown. After the baby was born, the first thing he'd do before and after work is go to the baby cot and hug and kiss his little princess. He's a fully fledged milk-dad by now, since he'll be first to go change diaper, coax, and even make milk in the middle of the night for the baby. Other people (except Yun Shishi) needs his permission before they're able to hold his daughter, though most of them had been mercilessly refused. Because little Yueyao can recognize people, he becomes very proud when his daughter wants him to hug her even when she was being held by other people.

In short Mu Yazhe becomes a big softie in front of his wife and children, though he's very much still a big bully to people other than his family.

Spoiler: Wedding things

They decided to do both Western and Traditional Chinese style wedding. The outer hall will be decorated with Western design, while inside the hall will be Traditional Chinese design. At first, only Yun Shishi will be wearing Chinese wedding dress, and Mu Yazhe will wear a tuxedo, but one of the designer asked if he wants to try wearing a hanfu and surprisingly it worked very well, so both of them are going to wear traditional Chinese clothing during the wedding.

The bridesmaid are going to be Xiaoxue (her best friend), Mu Tao (her assistant) and Jun Mo (the rock singer who also acted as the 2nd male lead in Green Fruit). Jun Mo was hesitant because she'd always wore unisex clothing, but Yun Shishi managed to persuade her to be her bridesmaid. The groomsmen are Mu Yazhe's sworn brothers Lu Jinyu and Jiang Shen, plus Qin Zhou. When Gong Jie knows about it, he asked why he wasn't invited as groomsmen, and Youyou teased him saying that he'll be his daddy's lackey if he becomes one, which he definitely wasn't willing to. Yun Shishi also jokes that Mu Yazhe is afraid he'll be out-shined by the Gong Jie if he's the groomsmen.

Also about the wedding, at first Mu Yazhe wants to invite a lot of media to cover their wedding, but Yun Shishi stopped him, saying that a lot of dignitaries and royalties will come to their wedding so it'd be unsafe, so the media is only allowed until outside the hall. The invitation letter was designed by Yun Shishi herself, and she also unconsciously made an invitation letter to Gu Xingze, and starts to daydream that maybe there'll be a postman from heaven that'll send this invitation to him. Mu Yazhe saw it and comforts her, saying that she should not stay too long in the past and instead to create more happiness as Gu Xingze's share too. She agreed, then put the invitation letter back into the drawer.

Spoiler: More about antics around Mu little princess

The whole family went to Youyou's theme park again for weekend excursion. Because of Youyou's disease, they can only play tame games together. Then they went to the arcade, where Mu Yazhe beat Mu Yichen previous score by twice the score. Little Yichen and Youyou each chose a giraffe plush toy and an SD doll for their sister, asking her to choose. The baby was greedy and chose both.

Nearing the wedding, Gong Jie returned from Hurricane group for Yun Shishi's wedding. After jokes and talks about dowry, he went to little Yueyao's room, finding out that she's awake. He immediately went to cradle her in his arms, but the baby was hungry and immediately went to suck on his breast, which was seen by Youyou Everyone then saw the huge wet marks on the chest part of his clothes and lol-ed at him. Yun Shishi gave him the bottle milk, which made Gong Jie understand why the baby drinks on bottle. Little Yueyao is too greedy and sucks on the bottle so strongly it hurts whenever Yun Shishi milked her, so she just pumped her milk and fed her with the bottle instead.

More jokes continues, and Mu Yazhe and Gong Jie argues about who little Yueyao will call first: Uncle (Jiujiu in pinyin) or Daddy. Youyou frowned and asked why not brother (Gege) instead? But was dismissed by the two fighting adults. Youyou schemed with little Yichen to teach little Yueyao to say brother every night to surprise his daddy and uncle and make them angry He succeeded.

Spoiler: About the red dress

I don't remember much because it'd been a year but here goes:
Mu Yazhe went in front of the camera with Mu Wanrou and Mu Yichen, with Yun Shishi and Gu Xingze at the back. As usual, people were mesmerized by Yun Shishi's beauty. Lu Jintang (can't remember her name. The one who is the daughter of one of the shareholders of YSS's company) sees Yun Shishi, got jealous and wants to trip her leg, but was seen by her and instead got stepped on the leg with her high heels. She started screaming and accused Yun Shishi of hurting her, but little Yichen comes over and said that he saw LJT was the one who wants to trap the beautiful sister (Yun Shishi). Everything was recorded in the camera so they can check if people think he was lying, and since it was true, LJT lost face.

Spoiler: About Chu Xiaobao

He's Gu Jinglian's son with Chu He (Meng Qingxue's amnesiac police friend/ex-Interpol). Around 5-6 years before Chu He entered Gu Jinglian's organization as Hong He and becomes one of his close subordinate for information. They also had a short relationship before Gu Jinglian ordered people to kill Hong He. At that time, Hong He didn't know she was pregnant with Xiaobao, was chased and then fell into the sea. When she was saved back, she lost her memories and knows about her pregnancy, then gave birth to Xiaobao.

Xiaobao doesn't have a birth certificate because Chu He's real identity is unknown, so he also can't attend kindergarten. Once Xiaobao was mistakenly kidnapped by Song Enya's people and met Gu Jinglian, people was surprised by how patiently Gu Jinglian treats Xiaobao. Then a series of things happened, Gu Jinglian knows Chu Xiaobao is his son, Chu He recovered her memories, and Chu Xiaobao was officially registered as Gu Chengze and entered kindergarten. Chu He and Gu Jinglian had disagreement on childcare rights, but in separate discussion with Xiaobao, the boy asked Chu He to stay together because he also can't bear to leave Gu Jinglian. Chu He relents and stayed in Gu family.

Status of Yun Shishi's enemy a.k.a Jealous Girl Association:

• Mu Wanrou: Miscarriage, lost her womb, turned mental, sober for a while, then fell from a tall building while Yun Shishi was saved by Hua Jin. Confirmed dead.
• Lu Jintang: Raped, lost status as an artist, calms down for a while, then was poured with acid and burned with flames by Yun Na. Couldn't take the shock, jumped to death at the hospital. Confirmed dead.
• Song Enya: Wrong sperm donor, miscarriage, assaulted by Gu Jinglian's lackeys after Xiaobao recognized her during her wedding ceremony. Wedding goes haywire then gets canceled. Becomes vegetative from blood loss, not recovering from her miscarriage, and huge injury from the attack by Gu Jinglian's people. Father: coma. Brother: turns lame + didn't want to recognize as sister. Mother: killed after trying to plead mercy at Gu Jinglian's house and using Xiaobao as threat.
• Yun Na: Disfigured by Lu Jintang, cut some of her fingers and burned the rest to prevent identification after throwing acid at her father and Lu Jintang. Captured by the police after Gu Xingze's death, taken by Mu Yazhe and confined in a dark room. Blinds herself to prevent her eyes being used by Yun Shishi, only to know that Mu Yazhe never plans to use her eyes. Goes mental, then jumps down from the hospital's roof. Dead.

There's another one girl who like Mu Yazhe and was his childhood friend. They met again when Mu Yazhe and family went abroad to take wedding pictures. She tried to seduce Mu Yazhe, but at the end got humiliated and threatened by Youyou. Unknown status, possibly turned into a whore to continue living in lavish.

Some things about Gong Jie and Hua Jin:

• Author may be going for Hua Jin x Gong Jie route, but as of now it's still pretty unknown.
• Hua Jin felt something when he and Gong Jie accidentally kissed during the New Year's game, but nowadays Hua Jin thinks he was scared of Gong Jie and calls him a big devil.
• Gong Jie is actually a virgin. Youyou teased him about it during Mu family honeymoon overseas trip, and also teased him to marry Hua Jin.

 

Little yueyao sounds cute @MiyaMira Tell me more about her naughty antics and greediness

 

Ehh... there's not much naughtiness and antics from little Yueyao considering that she's at most only 5 months old in series currently. Most of the antics and happenings are from the adults surrounding her:

• The one who named her is Yun Shishi. Mu Yazhe asked her if she had thought of any name for the baby. Yun Shishi said a bunch of names for boys, which got rejected by Mu Yazhe. When she said some names for girls, Mu Yazhe seems to be thoughtful about it, but didn't agree yet until Yun Shishi said the name Yueyao and he immediately agreed. Yun Shishi rebuked him, saying that he only wants a daughter so that's why he rejected all the boy's name and only cares about the girl's name
• Little Yueyao recognizes people, and will kick people she doesn't like/uncomfortable with with her legs. Her current favorite is her daddy and uncle Gong Jie. Mommy is a universal favorite in the family.
• She looks more like Yun Shishi, but with Mu Yazhe's eyes and nose.
• She laughs easily when humored, and rarely cry unless hungry, to change diaper or being awoken from her sleep suddenly.
• She can already sit up by herself by the time she's 5 months old, but only motivated when there's something she wants. Most of the time she'll laze around since everyone will clamor to please her.
• Her nose seems to be sensitive; when she was just born, she cried whenever Youyou holds her because of the smell of traditional Chinese medicine that he drank stuck on his body even though it's very faint. Poor Youyou was so sad he risked getting sick and not drink his medicine so he can hold his baby sister. The whole family found out later when they realized Youyou looked very sick, and they advised him, so he had to drink his meds again. But the medicinal drinks seems to be a seasonal thing, so nowadays Youyou can hold little Yueyao without problems.
• Little Yueyao's birth made everyone envious of Mu Yazhe for having such a lovable daughter, that some even regretted on not having a daughter and wants to have their own daughter. Mu Yazhe was very, very, very proud (A little bit of trivia: Mu Yazhe had always wanted a daughter. Even though he was happy when Mu Yichen was born, he'd be more happier if he got a daughter. That's the only reason why Song Enxi got any attention from Mu Yazhe.)

Things are heading for Yun Shishi's possible meeting with her biological father Gong Shaoying, probably. He'd found her existence, but was waiting for Gong Jie to tell him about it. Gong Jie still pretend he knows nothing and keep secrets. Further things about Mu little princess might be scarce since all has been told.

It seems that once the twins met with each other and the family became one, the twins started to act more like normal children, bar their OP strength/IQ. Youyou helps little Yichen with his homework, usually mocking him about his arithmetic skills and teasing him on his usage of proverbs and whatnot. Little Yichen helps Youyou exercise and taught him some self-defense moves, and always gives handicap whenever they play any sports, which Youyou usually don't appreciate

The twins are so OP that sometimes even their parents Mu Yazhe and Yun Shishi think whether their twins' gene mutated. Youyou is a genius, and was an accomplished businessman comparable to Mu Yazhe by the age of 7. Little Yichen is a mini hulk, he entered military camp at 3, and has strength near as much as Mu Yazhe by 7. Both kids are pretty black-bellied like their father, though. They'd think of tricks and jokes together, and Gong Jie is the one teased the most by them

The twins are still very brutal though. The last time the twins tortured someone, it was Xiaoxue's ex-boyfriend. The poked him with needles all over his body, and let him swallow needles as revenge for slandering their mummy and lying in front of the media, all the while the man was conscious. And Mu Yazhe just watches the twins torture people half-dead with a straight face

 

Can't help but like those twins. Its like me liking XB from Hidden Marriage. Nothing but cool.

 

Can anyone tell me what happened to all of MC's haters and enemies.

And oh what happened when the grandfather find out mc was his real granddaughter.

Anyhow..of all of them who do you all found the most annoying?

 

IMO I think it's Mu Wanrou. Mu Wanrou took both the MC's mother's jade and took her identity, while she was living a luxurious life, MC was suffering through depression and suicidal thoughts through out her time in orphanage (good thing she left before they started to molest the children). She constantly kept trying to harass her due to seeing her getting close to the ML, she caused the MC to be physically assaulted by the SWAT(?) after she took YY from her, she even had YY kidnapped so that she can get rid of him (although in reality it was Yi Chen), and she even poisoned the MC's grandfather. Although MWR was able to get engaged to the ML for 5 yrs, the ML planned it to make her believe she was infertile so he wouldn't produce children with her/never sleeping with her, it doesn't change the fact that she not only caused the MC physical harm and emotional stress, she also harmed her children. Though Yun Na did kill a good friend of the MC, MWR wasn't too far on taking YY's life if he didn't do the switch with YC.

Edit : Forgot to mention, though Yun Na did abuse YY a few times (since she saw him to be a child born from a wild man), it didn't go to the extent of how much the people MWR hired physically harmed YY and YC.

 

I don't get why the grandfather didn't get a DNA test like isn't he rich

 

Those bitches definitely are not good, but among the villain, I would say I actually don't like Mu Yazhe's 2nd uncle Mu Linfeng more. All those words about Mu family prestige and dignity when he's the one wanting to control everything. Why doesn't he just becomes the Mu family's Lord if he wants to control everything so much instead of ruining everyone's fun. And I think this 2nd uncle had dementia. When Youyou and Mu Yazhe went to block Mu Yazhe's 3rd/4th(?) uncle for a kill, he was there and had seen how brutal Youyou is. Yet afterwards he was still flaunting himself in front of Youyou and showing off his elder's status like wth?? And nowadays he still haven't gotten enough slap in the face to wake up and still seeking death when Mu Consortium had been in almost bankruptcy because of his stupidity of making Mu Yazhe step down from his position as Mu Lord and Mu Consortium's CEO.

He did, but the 3rd(?) uncle tampered with the records when Mu Wanrou just arrived. The grandpa just let it slide until a few years later before Mu Wanrou was told to be infertile, and Mu Wanrou tampered with the test this time. Then grandpa made another test around the time when Mu Wanrou was pregnant or something.
