Spoiler IIRC the MC gets genderbent somewhere around chapter 500-600 or so and stays like that until the end of the series where she transcends into godhood and creates a male counterpart body for herself. The author refers to the MC as "she" from then on. And yes she gets raped and BDSM'd a lot, and suffers a lot at the hands of perverts and "heroes" alike. There is a shit ton of NTR and one of the "bad guys" marry her near the end IIRC.

I'm not trolling and yes he turns into a girl quite early on in the series and yes this series has NTR. I have read through a lot of the chapters through to the end and the MC stays a girl til the end. If you don't believe me go read the reviews on http://www.yousuu.com/book/7878. You don't even have to be able to read Chinese just look for the word "NTR".
