Yes, there are good RPG novels out there, your filtering abilities are just bad. *shrugs*

Honestly, to think that there are no good novels of [insert genre/trope here] is just plain dumb.

If you don't mind slow release, Doom Lord can be considered.

As said before, The Wandering Inn is one of the best RPGs and is just dripping quality in every single chapter. It has about 1mil words written right now so try it.

Also an RPG(quite literally) is The Games We Play, a completed RWBY/The Gamer fanfiction on SpaceBattles forums. Very well written story with an actual plot and is one of my favorites. Also 1mil words.

If you read Reincarnator for anything except plot and character then its like you are reading one punch man (One version) for its drawing '-'

    Whatever read those:

    The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound
    The Arcane Emperor
    Re: A Snake's Life
The Iron Teeth: A Goblin's Tale

    Fantasial Apocalypse
    Artisan
    The Gam3
Those Who Aspired to Become Gods : A darker fairy tale novel ©
    Orc Lord
    Change: New World
    Atros Imperium

Magic Academy it's pretty good in my opinion and the author has alot of other works too
LLS can be good too if you choose to ignore the harem/ero scenes

I feel like half the novels you listed don't even have stat sheets or anything, but it's your topic so you have a right to be irrational.
Aside from the VRMMO gripe (which I get, I'm pretty sure 90% of these authors understand nothing about setting up a game and making it realistic) you seem to hate every novel once the MC hits the OP part. I'd take a look at Rainbow Turtle's stuff to see if you like those. Breakers might be alright, Dimensional Sovereign you'll probably like the first few chapters and then get over. You might like The Lazy King, but probably not. You didn't list Tate No Yuusha so you could try and read that if you're feeling bored. Dungeon Hunter you'll probably like the first part of as well. Infinite Competitive Dungeon Society is probably not for you. You might like some of Praise the Orc! and if you're looking for a really long VRMMO novel that you could read for like a couple weeks straight, you could try Legendary Moonlight Sculptor. The Death Mage Who Doesn't Want a Fourth Time also has status sheets, not sure how you'll feel about that one. I'm not terribly fond of how much other world stuff the MC is magically able to remember how to make.

I don't think you would do this but lay of RPG for some time and explore other things
And when you are very bored you would be happy to even read the novel you have rated 1/5
Or you may find your love for some other genre

I loved Half Prince but I didn't like the ending, feels like wish fulfillment to the highest level.

You could look up Spinward which is IMO very good because it avoids one of the traps of LitRPGs, substituting content with growing numbers.
Also, Rules free Mmorpg and Into the black, both found here are quite enjoyable.

You mean the moment when she forced him to carry the baby to term?
You just can't take half prince seriously, same with stuff like everyone else is a returnee or death march, they are to a large part comedy!

Read Danmachi, watched it, read Shieldbro and LMS. It's funny how I always get recommended those because I forgot about them, coz I read them like 5 years ago. Pork, all those novels I listed are rpg's, they don't have to have sheets, in fact they're better of without the trivial stuff, just mentioning leveling up and new skills is ok.
