Spoiler he knocks her up. then marries her. it was against his will. Both Medusa and Xiao Yan were under the influence of a aphrodisiac. BTW this does not mean he doesn't marry Yun'er later on. He will at the end of the novel

Amazing. Chapter overloads are my favourite. Ya Fei also makes me happy. She fills a similarish role to Yang Xin from TDG I guess, although I like Ya Fei more I think. I'm a sucker for thoes kind of characters anyway. He doesn't have too long until he has to make his way to the Misty Cloud sect so i'm not too sure what kind of deal he is going to be able to strike with this Primer Clan, and it looks like it's about to get nasty. Surely they would want him to hang around for a little bit longer, but I guess if he can make a boatload of pills in quick time, maybe he can make it work. A lot of mildly convinient events happening right now though. The alchemists meeting, him meeting Ya Fei, the Primer Clan needing an alchemist. I think that's my main gripe with BTTH, everything seems to fall into place so nicely all of the time. But, it's a xianxia I guess.
