Gantz History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Detroit Metal City Green Blood Flame of Recca Ares Kekkaishi Beck Eyeshield 21 Bio-Meat: Nectar H2 The above are the ones I can read and reread and never get tired of.
For me its: Naruto- Very few books can top its world building One Punch Man- Funny and beautiful, even the version that looks like shit is still awesome. which speaks to the quality of the writing. Berserk- sigh....... Hunter x Hunter-sigh.... Monster Collection- Hero's Journey from archetypes are traditionally villians. (Dark Knight, Lamia, and Demon Summoner) Qualia no Purple- Hard sci-fi love story between gods, with the most original power set i've ever read about. Poignant Mind fuckery. Cross Game- Baseball, love story. i made have shed a tear, but I always read it in allergy season though so its proably just the wind. Superior- Shoujo, about the a demon queen who falls in love with the hero. Dark and Sad. Hikaru no Go- Ridiculous premise, but chess (Go) has never been more exciting. Starts of shounen and becomes Seinen. excellent. Hellsing- Dark, Historical, action packed and full of some of the most intersting characters i've ever read. God the villian, one of the few anime i can't watch subbed. Fullmetal Alchemist- everything i just said about Hellsing. though this i can watch subbed. I'm going to stop now, since my andromeda patch is done. lol.
Superior is one of my favorites, its great. and Qualia no Purple fucked me up, I was trying to forget about it.
Did you read the final chapter of Qualia? It gets dark as kcuf, but the ending is rewarding and will make you smile (cutest demi-god ever).
Haha strange I looked at the entire thread and I found something weird... really weird people are including Spoiler: no spoiler Berserk but from my experience on NUF when a novel/manga has ntr people here are the first to say burn it burn it or drop it or I'm staying away from it, which is quite strange experience...as this manga has quite a few instances of ntr in it with both the mc or side characters involved... For me, my favourites are; Unbalance x Unbalance- I like the story Fantasista - football manga (soccer if you are American(try saying (American) in a Russian accent (btw not Russian)) Magi - story is amazing and sinbad is just too great of a character Vagabond - art and story are very enjoyable Holyland - really good seinen Kimi no iru machi - I liked the story in it. Last is Psyren which didn't get the popularity it should have received as it was that good if only it was not rushed at the end!!
Oh, and when I mean ending, I mean chapter 17 and 18. chapter 17 especially, as it may be the single greatest chapter from any manga I've ever read. Then comes 18. which concludes the "love story?"
Probably the most famous NTR in manga. That said, I think it gets a pass because the book is a horror and the NTR is tame versus, the violent rape, cannibalism, torture, bestiality, and babies exploding out of stomachs.
Dengeki Daisy Kaichou Wa Maid Sama Hana to Akuma Psyren Mx0 - I'll just pretend that it have a good ending
I don't have a particular top manga of all time but I do have a top 10 that I vaguely remember and enjoy reading(listed in no particular order): The Breaker(and New Wave) Koe No Katachi Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou Skip Beat Koi dano Ai dano Psyren Hana to Akuma MX0 Tokyo Ghoul Fruits Basket Probably will re-read these manga series at some point.
High school debut Special A Tokyo Ghoul Hana to Akuma Eyeshield 21 Koi Dano Ai Dano Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun I really enjoy reading them..
The story revolves around girl named Kyoko Mogami who went with her childhood friend, Sho Fuwa, to Tokyo in order to pursue his dream of becoming an idol. Kyoko supported Sho by working three jobs at once every day. It all stopped until fate made it's own way when Kyoko overheard Sho saying that he only took her to Tokyo with him to use her as a maid. Furious, Kyoko joins LME, the agency where Ren Tsuruga (who is Sho's rival and the number one actor in Japan) works, in hopes of achieving her goal on getting revenge on Sho. Along the way, she learns to discover herself, encounter different people and situations she never expected to be in
