LCD breaking off the engagement. .. just as planned

Well it looks like it might start once shes home hunting monsters.

OK I don't normally read shoujo but since this one seems interesting I decided to give it a go. I'm now on chapter 26(raw) and from what I understand so far is that

• Lillina is a real badass when she hunts monsters (since a young age at that).
  
• Prince Leon should just become gay and stop troubling everybody else (but he's the crown prince so that's not really an option ).
• There is just no winning against mother (who seems to have herculean strength that she inherited from her parents).

It's kind of messed up how Lillina's brother seems more concerned about the prince than he is Lillina, no wonder the mother punished him. @moto: Thank you for bringing this novel to my attention.

 

I am seeing hints that everything has been a misunderstanding. Could the Prince be a Tsundere or some sort of shy idiot and have actually been in love with the protagonist? What other characters other than the Prince himself and Protagonist have stated so far seems to hint this. Like the MC's brother. Her Friends. The Queen. The King. Even the maid.

Yes its a huge misunderstanding by her. He was trying to make her jealous but she just went with it in order to escape from the queen training lol

 

As the universal law of narrative causality dictates, the MC must be dense, so dense, their existence implodes upon themselves becoming a black hole that draws their love interest(s) toward them but will take millions of years for the MC to notice.

 

Prince is obsessed with the mc hence why he didn't touch chocolates, maybe... but I am leaning towards he likes her but is too shy and embarrassed plus the other "fiance" was to she if she would fight for him at least I think so. I hope he disappears cuz I wanna she her kick ass and murder some monsters (evil only as we know not all monsters are evil)

 

I really don't care for him, he annoys me and so far he does not deserve her at all.

The whole reason why the engagement was canceled was because that idiot pulled a Nisekoi Doumei on her.

If you don't know what that is, he tried to to make her jealous by "faking" a relationship with another girl, and said

he wants the engagement annuled, while being intimate with another girl, right to MC's face.

Granted there are only 8 chapters out, 9 if you include the small extra, so we haven't seen things from his perspective yet, but it's all asinine and she could honestly do better.

I was reading back and remembered that flashback from the prince and her first meeting. She was like a knight and he the princess. His heart seems to be like that of a maiden's. Now is the wait for it all to be revealed.

 

Prince was like onodera when with raku ... but not in girly way

 

I heard that the MC has a crush on someone else? if that is true, then who is it? what about the stupid prince?

Finally got around to reading this one and its rather amusing. Good stuff right here
