I wanted to ask with all the Fate/ goodness coming out this year will we get new mcs? Or is it still a Shiro world?
Depends. The franchise has so many installments that i'm pretty sure there are more that don't even have Shiro in it.
All i will say is...I need the New Fate Game https://www.playstation.com/en-us/games/fate-extella-the-umbral-star-ps4/ oh and yeah looking forward to the upcoming fate anime/movies... gonna be great!! Probably will have new characters as there would be no point in bringing the same cast back to a new series when they still have to do Heavens Feel!!
One game that deals with Fate vs Destiny is Kingdoms of Amular: The Reckoning. I think the game has one of the best combat systems, its very action orientated and hack-n-slash.
That one still doesn't know that a mage doesn't need to change nerves into disposable magic circuits to cast a single spell, though.

Eh, Emiya Shirou was the protagonist of the original Fate//Stay Night visual novel. It comes as no surprise that there'd be a lot of Fate stuff centered or connected to him. However, I can certainly say that there have been a few that has no Shirou at all, such as Fate Zero or Fate Grand Order. Even in Fate Kaleid, he's just a side character.
Not all fate has shiro.. Shiro is a cancer that's why he was only put in fate stay night and unlimited blade works.
I was half asleep when I posted that. I read the title and was just skimming the thread. I saw someone else post a game about fate and I didn't connect it to the series. I didn't even check if it was in the anime discussion section.
