Car alarms

can you rig the car alarm and change the annoying sound to music or more annoying sounds like baby shark

 

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of having an alarm?

I would just walk by a car blasting off bohemian rhapsody ....

Also, it shouldn't be too hard to modify a car alarm. Not that I have a clue how to though.

 

If you are just putting a normal song for a car alarm it would probably bore the heck out of the robber, I suggest you make the alarm very very LOUD maybe even louder than the normal generic bland car alarm.

As someone with a neighbor that has a car, and said car has an alarm, and said alarm likes to go off... because it can... at any time, I would prefer if it would play some nice calming music. Thieves will calm down, rethink their lives, and leave it alone, while the rest of us who deal with it going off because it thought the wind was a thief will have something relaxing to listen to and go back to sleep.

It's one thing when a car alarm goes off for a little while, it's another when it goes off for nearly 8 hours, starting from the middle of the night. If it were during the day, I wouldn't particularly care, but when it's time for much needed sleep, I can live with him not having a car anymore. I at least did not have work the following day, but if it does it again, I will look into what I can actually do legally.
