I started MTL the chapters ahead and on chapter 29 there is a scene where Yuri convinces the 2nd Prince to cut the military spending so she can do more soup kitchens for the poor and I started thinking that she might be a spy from a different country... and then on the start of volume 2 there's a conversation where someone is giving a report to the 1st Prince about Yuri: she was "lost" for over a decade and the baron found her just before the school started... so we got a chick that was living on the streets almost all of her life then suddenly goes to a noble school and has the social savvy to steal the hearths of 4 figures of power in the future of the kingdom and starts to say strange things like "you should defund the military"... She's a spy. Oh, god, she so definitly a spy.
I was looking on animesuki thread on spoilers. Someone mentioned spoilers about what happened with the king, 1st wife, 2nd wife. Spoiler: big spoilers Spoiler: seriously its huge spoilers Spoiler: last warning big spoilers yuri is the first queens 2nd child *before*she left the kingdom, apparently king didn't acknowledge the two kids from the first, first got poisoned, left the kingdom and the second child is yuri. Yuri is trying to destroy the kingdom o.o edit: talk about dating your half sister man. Just to clarify she is still the king and queens daughter, grammar error earlier.
this is from the most recent chapters apparently. It was a pretty big plot twist. I honestly dont know how to feel about this. This would also explain why the baron picked her up. Also saw a spoiler on iris return to society. Spoiler: lol just lol yuri praised iris dress and the 2nd prince went full retard. @Odyssey yes.

Yeah, Iris got praised by the Queen Dowager as the president of the Azuta Co. and her work as fief lord proxy in the party, for everyone to see, and the airhead faction started a "conversation" with Iris STILL without knowing that, they are so self-centered that they ignored the shit that was happening around they. Their level of idiocy is beyond retarted already.
i dont think he knows yet, its probably confidential info in azure. as a noble, information is first priority but they're so focused on current trends and social events they don't even know basic information that nobles should know. Its kinda sad. Kinda happy that the 2nd prince is in charge of this faction because you can expect a crash and burn for this faction when the time is right. Also the king is 2nd prince level stupid. Really hope first prince took more after his grandma.
Spoiler Yuri is not daughter of 1st wife but she's daughter of one who poisoned 1st wife (attendant of 2nd wife faction). Her mother was kicked out of palace and she life in poverty until some noble help her. Guess what it was Dean, if Dean = first prince then it will be a huge major twist. Yuri is someone that prepared to tame 2nd P faction so 1st P faction can ascend the throne easily. That means your Charming 1st prince is not as good person as we think. I wouldn't suprise if he was the true last boss
but wait wasn't the 1st Queen the crown princes' mom so why would he "help" yuri out then....unless he plans on taking them both down together
Thats probably the plan if the first prince is the one but it doesn't make sense why it has to be yuri unless motives. Practically anyone would do.
Yuri has the backing of the 2nd Queen, her mother was the poisoner of the 1st Queen and Yuri wants to get revenge on the kingdom....what better pawn to use to bring down 2nd Queen and the entire 2nd Prince Faction
I don't think that's the reason. more than likely its the 2nd Queen came to the same reasons the Iris did about why her father allowed the engagement. 2nd Queen knows her son's an idiot and is easily pussy whipped so she doesn't want someone like Iris restraining her son. More than likely 2nd Queen thinks Yuri is an airhead and can be also easily manipulated
