Completion of novels

    Been reading on NU for over a year there are so many good novels but 90% might not even finish most are around 200 chap in translation and amt to story complete is 1000-2000

    I just drop them when they are becoming lackluster. definitely not worth it to follow it for several years

    I've seen less than a handful of JP novels have 4 digit chapters, so you probably read mostly CN.

    And you probably don't know how much effort is put into producing those 200 chapters. Go read mtl if you want it fast.

    from time to time i get surprised by the things being dropped while others go on strong. a lot of it has more to do with the translators that happen to pick 'em up. some novels get lucky and have people able to devote themselves to it, others end up in hiatus hell and just can't seem to snag a long term translator. these things happen, RL's a bitch.

    just keep prayin for the day AI officially takes over the internet and learns to properly MTL, and then pray some more that this entity doesn't hold all the novels and "other things" hostage.

    But people who take 3k chapters novel should consider their translation speed i'm fine with a 4chapter/week with a 500 chapter novel.
