    do you realize how long that would take? coding is already a long process, and having to copy paste <> in would make it TERRIBLE.

    I can see some moron in class borrowing keys from his old lap tops to put that keyboard together.
    Probably the same moron who used to write 8008 into a calculator and giggle through class.

    Depends on your keyboard really. My keyboard <> is on their own key below A.

    But generally,
    The upper left symbol is default key press.
    The upper right key is shift+key press.
    The symbol below is alt+key press.

    For example; My key with the question mark has +?\
    Default key press = +
    Shift+key press = ?
    Alt+key press = \

    Just bash the keys untill you get it right ( shift + , or shift + . )

    Ok, here's what you need to do:

    Get an external US-layout keyboard. Or, if you're on a desktop, just ditch your keyboard altogether and get one with a standard US layout.

    No, seriously. You use brackets often in programming. All of them. [ ] for lists, dictionaries, and other collection thingies, { } to enclose your scope, ( ) for parameters, and < > for everything else.
