The war between consoles, began long time ago, the most memorable was the war Sega vs Nintendo, a great war between Sonic And Mario, that end with the victory of the newcommer The Playstation.


Nowadays we got a wars between the old nintendo , the new microsoft xbox and the Playstation.


But many forgot the Pc and the mobiles games.
Imo mobiles games should not even be mention. And Pc is the best support to play in 2016 and since long ago, fps , rtg , management , Rpg ,Mmo etc. For me the winner should be obvious!


I hope one day all realise that we only need Pc hehe.

PC will always reign supreme but PS4 is pretty much the winner of this generation. Microsoft dun goofed this time and WIII-U isn't doing so hot.

So pretty much a complete reverse of the last generation. Ps3 had a horrible start and was a costly console and xbox become the dudebro console while WII had innovation and was it's own market.

 

While I can say PC has mods for Skyrim but my Xbox will always have a place in my heart as my PC is not a beast

 

Was there even a competition?... I mean granted I do own all of the above but I still favor my PC

 

just build an i5-4660k with gtx970 and you'll be set for awhile... this is a pretty popular build nowadays and its pretty cheap

 

PC hooked to TV running Steam big picture mode. Loaded with all the emulators i can find.

 

PC has no rivals! However as far as consoles go if PS VR comes out at the right price it could a nice shot of adrenalin for the console

 

You could play those games on PC, my dad has stuff like the old Donkey Kong arcade game on his comp.

 

I dont care so called "console wars" or even elitism like "pc master race" crap or something that can bored me to death due ranting like 1080p 60fps kewl graphics idiocy...that evolving even more stupidier it gets........
To me its all about the games that gameplay, experience and memory that 3 important pieces of gaming not performances, graphics and hype thats why i call myself a "Gamer" who cares about games most of all


Ps. I would choose Ps4 + PC combo for me... Xbox is good on 360 days(now its neglecting other genre like rpg like xbox one situation)

 

I like handheld. No rooting.. can play anytime anywhere. Im uncomfertable playing home console because I cant alt tab and have to face the screen rooted in place.

totally agree I mean if Im having fun on my console why is there always some jerk who wants to come along and pee in my cornflakes? That said I will admit that trying to play twitch shooters like CS GO at less than 60fps makes my eyes bleed, 30fps is completely fine for most games though

Is console wars even a thing anymore? zzzz snore zzzz I thought people grew up a little but then I forget I am not in highschool anymore and dont speak to many people so I dont see as much ignorance towards basic concepts such as console wars......zzzz
