I think that anime "Pupa" would be pretty messed up according to its description. Also if you don't mind manga try "Uzumaki " >_>

And if you want real "dark side" of humanity, go download tor browser. But I wouldn't recommend looking for dark stuff there cause it can inflict psychological problems to you if you find something exceptionally disturbing.

 

Guess I'll add one more to the list: Cannibal Holocaust. This is an excerpt I have taken from its wikipedia page:

'The film tells the story of a missing documentary film crew who had gone to the Amazon to film cannibal tribes. A rescue mission, led by the New York University anthropologist Harold Monroe, recovers the film crew's lost cans of film, which an American television station wishes to broadcast. Upon viewing the reels, Monroe is appalled by the team's actions, and after learning their fate, he objects to the station's intent to air the documentary. Let me tell you, the anime adaptation of Pupa is a short mass of confusing garbage that doesn't even convey the story correectly. If you are truly interested in the actual story, check out the original manga version of Pupa to get the best and most clear depiction of the plot.

 

Well, I came to the conclusion that manga is almost always better than the anime long time ago. So I can only sigh in this particular case. Sigh...
