So far, I've come up with another person who was transmigrated (given his unusual appearance) and brainwashed into a puppet, and also sort of considered him being an artificial puppet or clone of some sort created by the mastermind behind the tower. Also, rip Alvin. May he find salvation soon.
Lin Qi's original name was number 07, and during the last chapter he was about to be summoned so he had a glazed vacant scary look. Meaning there are 6 others who dress in black like him and take orders from some magic user. Whether by mind control or otherwise.
Lin qi is in the middle of an intense struggle against a second soul that is slowly invading his body! it might not seem like it, but he and that mysterious second soul are currently fighting each other inside his body. the reason he has that vacant glazed look is because his body is basically on autopilot, contralloed by both him and the other soul. now it might seem that the soul would do crazy things, but it won't, for the simple reason it doesn't want to be banished! lin qi himself cannot really talk about it, because he has no idea if they would just kill him to destroy the soul as well!! that is my theory, but i don't read dragon dragon dragon, so it's only based on the first three posts... am gonna look into dragon dragon dragon though, sounds interesting from your posts!
