The story is basically light-hearted, so when you read it don't take it too seriously. And this is not the same as the DoraTama(the story where the MC was reincarnated as a dragon egg) he is already basically an OP character already similar to that cicada dragon(the story where a cicada got reincarnated as a dragon).
The MC is not really a lazy person, just a person who wants to do what he likes(of course he doesn't do any crimes). just a bit of a note, this might be a spoiler but you might need to know this before reading, he becomes human after the first arc and also his power is weakened but strong enough to be still in the OP realm, quite similar to SRJK(the dragon that got reincarnated as a baby). as for his harem, his harem is basically similar to satou, he doesn't really touch anyone below 20 has snusnu above 20.

yeah its a light-hearted harem comedy, though there quite a lot of characters that has a dark past, though mostly due to the MC's personality makes the story light-hearted

As for the poll, I voted for the Ork, because I was reminded of a HCG set where beautiful women (a knight, a princess and an Elvish commander?) seemingly fell in love with an orcish looking character with mechanical glasses. Unusual in the sense that the Orc fellow was someone they knew personally as a subordinate or such initially and not a captive/slave. Or at least I think so.

I skimmed through chapters 1-9, the developments seem kind of forced and sudden. Especially the thing with the medicine Chloe gave him (mixed it up with candy, I think). I just don't think this one is for me.

 

yeah the beginning is quite like that but gets better and stable later when he arrives at the town. also chloe didn't give him any sort of medicine, it was some kind of candy and he already had it.
