They are 16 year old Jap high schoolers. While most of them are Isekai readers and know that they have been essentially kidnapped by foreign powers and are being forcibly drafted into war efforts, they are kids and don't know how to respond.
Three specialists are being send to act as the authority over them, ensure their safety and lead them in another world.

 

I'd send Adold Hitler to lead the army to cleanse the world of anything non-human, sure you might lose some beastkin but at least the elves will thrive after the demons are gone.

And again so? North Korea kidnapped people all the time and the response has been nothing. You think the response to another world is going to be better? Aka, there is no point, you claim they all died due to a gas explosion and move on. Harsh yes, but that is reality.

But if you want to send someone, since you said they get special powers based on their specialty. Why not send people with high charisma and seduction. If that gets enhanced in the other world, they would be able to take over the evil kingdom quite easily no? A kindgom is by essence structured around people after all, if people could be manipulated, there is no reason to fight a 2 front war with only 3 people.

Spetsnatz commando. If there's speciment for "living, breathing superhumans", its Spetsnaz that makes them. Not bred, not bio-engineered. Spetsnaz operatives are literally, 'made' superhumans, even if you're a friggin' wussie. Their 'welcome to war 101' is the bloodiest, crudest, but most effective training. Unlike other countries with their special branches of special forces specializing in a particular skillset, the Spetsnaz crams everything into their operatives. Everything. Even if the guy is a math idiot, they'll make him into a mathematic wizard.

They are the best solo operatives (even if I'm a Malaysian and I have pride in our tough-enough-to-eat-nails-and-ask-for-seconds PASKAL)

Or the Sarawak Rangers (part of the Malaysian Royal Ranger Regiment). You go into a jungle with any them, only one is getting out, alive, unscathed, and thriving. And that ain't you. Enough said.

Or the US Green Berets. They are trained to empower locals and elements behind the lines to "resist" or "rise against" antagonistic elements. That's what they're trained to do, and that's HOW they do it. Even in modern Afghanistan conflicts.

Or an Israeli combat engineer. There IS a reason why they're so damn good in their field.

Or a French Legionaire instructor. The training regime will make anyone non-french into a French. A unit. No individuals. Collective unit.



But if there are 3...

in general.

1. A banker
2. A special forces operative. (any of the mentioned above)
3. a Lobbyist / negotiator.


There is absolutely no way in high hell a team of these 3 will lose.

You're gonna get whacked in all areas of warfare.

Physical / armed warfare? Check.
Economic warfare? Check.
Socio-political perception and public opionion warfare? Check.

I don't see anyone getting out alive from such a checkmate.
