Try to delete the file that need to be deleted if one want to reroll, in case your pc has more then 2 gigs of ram. But i think your connection is potato because when u get that excalibur animation, sometimes it take long time because the game download some assets file from the server.

Some translation was mistranslated but can be dealt with, and you play without even paying a cent. As for now they are givingfree quarts so abuse those to get a head start
The translation isn't great in some places, for example they messed up the translation of Artoria to Altria. Currently with events you get enough for 2 additional rolls at the start, so it's the perfect time to reroll if you want to play for free. Added you both, this is mine.
