TV Forgotten Chinese Drama

Well, at least I think it was a drama. Can barely remember it as I was only an Elementary schooler at the time when my Mom was watching it. What I do remember is a Guy who has no place to live suddenly decides to freeload with this one girl. Don't remember their relationship, but I think the guy was dating someone at the time. I think the girl had some trouble deciding whether she loved the guy or not, and had a lunch box with rice, that originally had a heart made of plums or something, but had changed it to an apple by the time another guy had arrived, who take that lunch box and ate it. I also recall a scene where she is about to use the toilet and falls into it because the guy lifted up the seat. Also, a separate one where the mothers of the Guy and Girl are coming without their knowledge, but before they realized their son/daughter was living together, they met while shopping for a really good watermelon, which they fought over and broke. The final episode though was the Guy and his Girlfriend had separated and they were dating other people. The Girl ended up being in a relationship with that other guy.

Sound a little like Kimi wa pet but I haven't watch it so I'm not sure. Any idea which country it's from?

Uh I assume it's mainland, but tbh I wouldn't know as it's been some years
