Forgotten Title Forgotten Title (Found: Aoi Hikaru ga Chikyuu ni Itakoro)

I read the read the manga for it a while ago and now I want to read the continuation for the story in the light novel(needless to say, it is from Japanese origin).

The story itself is a supernatural/romance/mystery one with a highschool setting. The plot is that the mc, a delinquent high schooler gets the ghost of another classmate, a playboy that have recently died attached to him. The mc then helps the playboy ghost make up with one of his girlfriends named Aoi( or something...) so he could move on as a ghost.

At the end of the manga the mc manages to complete his task and it is then revealed that the playboy still has a list of girlfriends to make up with. The manga ends with a "read the LN ending" and I remember the translator saying that the novel is already completely translated.

Now that I want to read it, I have already forgotten the title so.... please help me if you can.

I will also be grateful if you can tell me where exactly the manga stopped in comparison to the light novel.

Unfortunately, I can't leave since the party is outdoors and will go far enough into the night. And I am completely a responsible and a dependable big brother... most of the time.
