I'm looking for a zombie manga or perhaps it's a webtoon. Been a while, don't really remember. Anyway The MC is trapped in his apartment or something and like really close by is a girl who is also trapped. One has more food and sends it over via rope so the other can eat. Eventually they both run out of food and the MC goes and rescues the girl from the apartment, only to find out she can't walk. Still he takes her and leaves. Protecting her until they get to a safe compound. In the future they find out that the virus came from shamans who were found in the Vietnam jungle during the war. And the virus somehow ended up in all the safe drinks that were handed out to the survivors, turning the safe camp into a zombie playground. Eventually the MC and the girl escape... and that's as far as i have read. *Edit - Dead Days
