Game logic to destroy the world

simple enough, take a "rule" from a videogame that, when implemented in the real world, would make things difficult/annoying for everybody. try to avoid using glitches/exploits like the horse launching from skyrim and such.

something like the small tree completely blocking one's path from pokemon, the absolutely horrendous forced jump height/distance from super ghouls and ghosts (just the base jump, no double jumping) making it unsafe to even skip or hop without great care, or immortal and indestructable children from pretty much all of bethesda's latest games.

There's also the Skyrim pickpocket where you can steal people's equips off of them with high enough pickpocket skill

Invisible walls, indestructible objects&terrain.

 

Inventory limits that don't care about what you're carrying or how large they are, so you can only have (e.g.) nine items, no more. Makes shopping trips horrible.

 

If every thing you opened up popped up a massive menu that you needed to scroll through, like if you opened a drawer it would list every sock individually without sorting options. Sure I might sound useful, but tell me that after you scroll through your backpack/pocket for the 16th time in a day to grab a pencil or your phone.

 

what would break the world would have to be the all powerful 'inventory' because I'm sure some crazy fuck would put the whole (or better/worse yet half) world inside just for the lols. someone might even carry around nukes in their pocket just to take the world with them when they get hit by Truck-kun.

 

Easy. Quick saves/hard saves

 

Getting in or out of peoples houses easily while taking items

 

atleast we'll be able to use cheats.

 

Sucky graphics... annoying BGM which you can mute, but need to go to main menu, which requires a couple of procedures.

Plus side, Modding!!!

 

Organizing things cause it be a pain to simple things like cleaning up.
