Pretty much everyone has a game in mind that they wished had a sequel but it never came to be. Mine is Majesty 3. Its probably one of the most unique games every made, its a hybrid of RTS, RPG and Empire/City building. You get to build up your own city with some population mechanics and manage a few groups of Heroes. Just like Sim City, you can't control these units however you can issue bounties/quests for these heroes and also construct blacksmiths, potion stalls etc for these Heroes to shop at and upgrade their equipment and they also gain exp, level up and acquire new skills. Basically you're like the god of a mini sandbox MMO. The game had a solid concept and huge potential, hopefully Paradox will crank out a worthy sequel in the future.
The Command & Conquer series, Road Crash( if you know Road crash then you must be very old retro gamer).
I loved Magic Pengel when I was younger~ The world is supeer intriguing and I've always wanted to see someone expand that world a bit. Too bad the game was a commercial bust :/
Tombi really fun side scrolling game, as you play as a Tarzan like character with a real penchant for Bacon. (PSX) Grandia, it actually spawned two sequels. I have no idea about the 3rd installment since it was a JP/NA release only. (PSX & PS2) Breath of Fire: A real sequel not the nonsense MMOF2P they released. (Which could really be any game with a different name) Vanquish: A really fun shooter, with extreme sliding and shooting. Jade Cacoon: Think hybrid between Pokemon meets Final Fantasy Bahumat Lagoon: RPG featuring dragons. Some games shouldn't of had sequels, and some deserved them.
Game that I wished has a sequel...? ...........................................................its a nukige.. Just curious what kind of plot/story the maker want to continue....
Chaos Legion really needs a sequel... I still can't believe how it was mostly described as "mediocre"...
There are games being mentioned, and all I can think is how could I forget about these games. I'd love to see Legend of the Dragoons get a remake. (Maybe a better singer for the opening song) That game would be beautiful with todays graphics capabilities. (have the remake bundled along with a sequel)
