Have you read Godly Hunter? Half Prince is actually a VRMMORPG novel, but it's mostly a comedy novel. Yureka is pretty awesome but idk if there's actually a novel for this, at least the manwha is epic. Only Sense Online and VRMMO no ossan something something are crafting / jack of all focused archers
havent started Godly Hunter because atm it only @ 52 chapters and no improvement noticed and my chinese is not on the levels to read 850 chapters to finish it. Half Prince as in 1/2 Prince read the manghua version same for Yureka
Godly Hunter Reincarnator King of the Battlefield Dungeon Seeker Game Market 1983 Emperor of Solo Play Life Mission Seoul Station's Necromancer The Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich Coder Lee Yongho I'm not sure that those will fit your tastes, but you can give them a try. You can also use the 'game' tag and see the list with novels with game element.
The King's Avatar The MC is a witty my pace kind of person. His comebacks can make a person speechless. Spoiler: King of Gaming Novels It received the title for Best Work in 2013 and is the first and only 1000 Pledged Work In the multiplayer online game Glory, Ye Xiu is regarded as a textbook and a top-tier pro-player. In all its splendor, the path shall never be lost. Before the gazes of millions, this is where I return! "Do you like this game? If you like it, then treat everything as glory not boasting."
Sorry didn't notice it but if you liked LMS then you might like Ark. (You can also try Legend of Sun Knight for a similar personality to LMS) Also try I Really Am A Superstar for gaming elements and the other God of... books such as God of Music.
Kono Sekai ga Game da to, Ore dake ga Shitte Iru -- The "game" he's transported to is made by sadistic/idiot/unskilled/uncaring devs. The players even made a rating for how dangerous side quests are in terms of how much they screw your future progress of the game... There's both exploitable and game-breaking bugs, and many design decisions specifically made to screw with the player. That being said, I second The Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich ; probably closer to what you're looking for and an excellent novel.
