    I'm pretty sure said animator is pulling things out of his ass. Not to mention he's only talking about the animation aspect. You'd have to skin all the outfits and similar separately still which said animator does not mention at all (he doesn't do that part anyway). On top of that you'd have to check for all those ugly clippings happening. It really is a big deal to include. It's much easier to make a few levels or quests or similar.
