The novel itself is good enough you probably won't get bored if you like those types of novels where MC is a jerk and daring and kinda crafty; as for the translation.....it's a torture form the pits of hell and an insult for Translators and people who read the novel

Dude, so far both of them are pretty good, whaddya mean disappointing? And yeah this translation is garbage. at least read up on the terminology that the last translator used,it's been long enough.... also QI has stated that GoS is theirs so this site is just pulling shenanigans.
Actually whats so Good about this novel I heard its written by the author of that Great Demon King a really annoying novel is this GOS just like his other novel or is it any better
if i not remember wrong... they also got WOC in their project back then (but it title Cultivation World instead) and the chapter is less then 40 chapter
But it is face which matters. They dare to translate a novel that Qidian is translating. They're slapping Qidian's face.
Spoiler: Not really spoiler, more like a rough outline. Have you finished both stories? Great Demon King is pretty enjoyable till around chapter 300~. After that, it just starts to get frustrating to read the farther you go. The romance gets disregarded; heroines fade into oblivion; the MC can't have a single proper ally(99% of them will be just backstabbers assholes); the jumbled and vague as fuck cultivation of the MC; abilities get introduced and used once, or even never, and are just left forgotten afterwards. No, those abilities are not replaced for better ones, just literally left forgotten. Seriously, you feel like the MC's intellect drops by around 70% after he goes to the Divine Realm. Just imagine my frustration when the MC goes to kill an important guy from a city and has to literally raze half of said city to get out, but he does all of that with his bare face and aura; when he has the ability to both change his soul/aura signature and appearance. It's bad to the point where you literally feel like crying out of frustration. Spirit Realm suffers from the same damn frustrating points. Great Demon King though just so happens to do a lot better in the romantic department.
I can't, actually. God of Slaughter was dropped and @Qidian has only announced that they'd be picking it up, and not actually released any chapters of it. So linking to their translations of it is allowed; in fact, they're linked on Novel Updates itself.
