Features : Enable Next and Prev Chapter by Pressing Right and Left Arrow key. Instruction Step 1: ScriptManager Greasemonkey or Scriptish (Not supported/Addon has been discontinued) Tampermonkey or Native (Not supported) Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey Tampermonkey or NinjaKit Note: After installation (which requires restarting your browser), you are now ready to install userscripts. Here's the Script : https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/21447-easynav
You just won't have to click them. You can just read the entire chapter(s) by using the direction keys (up/down for chapter left/right for next/previous chapter) no more mouse involved so if you are in your lazy position no need to get up for the mouse.
Oh, I see. Only thing is, I have laptop so I'm actually a lot more comfortable using the mouse. Actually even otherwise I'd still chose to use the mouse.
Can anyone post the link for greasemonkey 1.15?? They say it works!!! R Programming Training | DataStage Training | SQL Training | SAS Training | Android Training | SharePoint Training
How does the script know which chapter is next or previous? Based on the links or does it pull the data from somewhere?
I really appreciate the attention to details with all the keyboard possibilities to navigate books on the website. However, the left and right keys need a bit of fine tuning. If I have a book open, and want to move the browser window to one side of the screen or to a different monitor, those keystrokes trigger a chapter turn as well. R Programming Training | DataStage Training | SQL Training | SAS Training | Android Training | SharePoint Training For those not aware, on a PC the Windows Key + Left or Right will move any window around the screen. So I already have the Windows Key pressed, but the events are looking for ANY time the keys are pressed. If I'm on my dual monitor setup at home, and I want to go from the full screen on the left to the right side of my other monitor, I'm moving four chapters ahead. This also occurs with Up/Down, though I don't use them as much, plus those keys will only move the content up and down on the page, and therefore isn't as huge of a deal, but should be fixed at the same time.
@An0N I noticed gravitytales and xianxiaworld no longer require the script. Some semicolons were missing, and I ran it through jsbeautify. I posted my update as feedback on greasyfork.
Not gonna happen - even if they could make it work, it wouldn't load in Reader View automatically. There are addons that can do that, but from my experience they often don't work (temporarily). Ctrl+Alt+R Activates/deactivates Reader View (you can also change the shortcut using "Menu WIzard" addon). So just toggle Reader View on when you read, switch it off when you wanna change the chapter. (Hitting backspace also works there.)
