No, the tag is false, at least in the current translated chapters, but even then, I have not heard of there being any of this later in the series.

The teacher you're thinking of is Fanny. Spoiler Nothing will happen with her for a while. The one I'm talking about is Phoebe, she's the leader of the Boozle (or something) Merchant Guild. Assassins tried to kill her, so she and MC were poisoned and while they were escaping MC got the urge because of the drug. He managed to overpower the drug with willpower and help her recover by tossing her in a river iirc.
Whenever I have such doubts I would go to the translator's site and see the table of contents, sometimes the chapter listings have chapter titles. Of course it can be spoiler-ish, but if I'm that concerned anyway I would rather find out sooner rather than later.
I'm fine with rape if it were some unimportant character. IRL though I wouldn't hesisate to stop a rape regardless of who is being raped.

Ah... I think this case was in Morocco, but it's been a while and my memory is not clear. A 16 year old girl was raped. The court ruled the guy guilty and his punishment was taking responsibility - marrying her. The poor girl didn't want to spend her whole life with her rapist, so she killed herself. That's how RL works unfortunately. Well, he wasn't a strong and handsome MC, and she wasn't a character written by a low empathy male author, so... Anyway, another novel to enter my dropped list then, no big loss.
